Cavanaugh's Cabana

Steve Cavanaugh (of Nanjemoy Creek Boys fame) asked WGB to come play a set at the 1st Annual Pickeral St Block Party‏. Looks like we're there. This event is a classic "grove garage" style block-party event with a few bands performing from 2-7 in afternoon at Steve's place followed by party into evening. Camping available and encouraged.

Here's a semi-private party at Larry's place near beautiful Boyce, Virginia with Natural Born Easy, Walnut Grove Band, Dennis Lacari , Old Man Brown and more, camping, age 21 & over, contact bands for more info and invite. GroveTrotters are welcome to attend, but need tickets so contact WGB or NBE for tickets. Gate opens at Noon, WGB plays early at 2pm in the barn!

Gathering of Guests & Ghosts II

The 2nd annual "Gathering of Guests & Ghosts" is a Halloween costume event with music, bonfire and camping produced by Walnutt with music from Walnut Grove Band, Ubiquitone, Trip Lizard (Reunion Show!!), Sleepfeeder and more to be annouced.

Since the early 90's, Walnutt has produced a Halloween event each year. The event relocated in 2007 and officially became "Gathering of Guests & Ghosts". October 31, 2008 marks the NINE year anniversary/birthday of The Walnut Grove Band and the 2nd annual Gathering of Guests & Ghosts at Stewart-Matheny Farm!
